Welcome to Career Angel's Terms and Conditions of Service (TOS). This TOS governs your use of our website, applications, and services (“Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to this TOS. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@careerangel.ai.

Use of Our Platform

You may use our Platform for lawful purposes only. You may not use our Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hacking, or transmitting harmful or offensive material. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Career Angel or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content on our Platform without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Platform. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Authorization to Connected Job Platforms

The Career Angel Platform applies artificial intelligence and automation to apply for job opportunities on your behalf via advanced software agents. Your registration to our Platform and continued use of our Platform constitute your agreement with this TOS and your authorization for the Career Angel Platform to use OAuth (Open Authorization -a protocol that enables users to grant third-party applications access to their platform features and functions) or your log in credentials (if necessary) to access your connected job application platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Employer Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.) (“Connected Job Platforms”) to apply to job opportunities on your behalf. It is your responsibility to be aware of the terms of service you have agreed to on your Connected Job Platforms, and itis solely your decision to use the Career Angel Platform with your Connected Job Platforms.

Service Connectivity

If our Career Angel Platform becomes disconnected from a Connected Job Platform, job applications will not be submitted until the connection is restored. The Platform will do its best to alert you when it detects that it has been disconnected from any of your Connected Job Platforms, however you are responsible for regularly checking your dashboard to ensure ongoing progress of job applications and connection status. Note that if you change your login credentials on any of your Connected Job Platforms, this will disconnect the Career Angel Platform from that Connected Job Platform and submissions of job applications on that particular Connected Job Platform will cease.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our Platform, your breach of this TOS, or your violation of any law or regulation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This TOS is governed by and construed in accordance with the respected laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this TOS will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

Changes to This TOS

We may update this TOS from time to time. If we make material changes to this TOS, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or application(s) (along with the date of the changes and the version of the new TOS) or by sending you an email. Your continued use of our Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.
